Account Executive - eCommerce

Position Overview:

The role joins the existing, highly experienced team, focussed on our maximising sales with eCommerce marketplaces and e-tail partners.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management and optimisation of existing products and uploading new products onto Amazon and eBay.

  • Must have in depth experience with Amazon Seller Central and eBay
  • D2C and FBA knowledge is essential
  • Managing products and inventories across the Amazon and eBay platforms.
  • Ability to create effective Amazon and eBay listings.
  • Ensuring all products and promotions are listed and optimised to the highest standards.
  • Increase listing ranks and search results to drive traffic and sales.
  • Assist with the management of Amazon advertising services, AMS, DSP and brand stores
  • Identifying issues and liaise with other staff/departments.
  • Research and respond to competitor pricing, promotions, products, activity etc
  • Liaise with team with sales feedback, product recommendations, restocking.
  • Developing strategies for clearance or excess stock.

Key attributes and skills:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience selling on Seller Central and eBay Marketplace is essential.
  • Experience with Amazons brand registry
  • Ability to observations, analyse and challenge sales performance.
  • Interpret sales and traffic reports.
  • Knowledge of online product ranking factors.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accurate listings.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including a strong command of the English language.
  • Proficient computer & communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Organised and proactive approach.
  • Ideally have a Degree in Digital Marketing / Ecommerce or similar.
