•    Support with the implementation and ongoing development of Quality Compliance Processes. Ensuring site compliance with GMP, GDP & GxP legislations.
•    Complete the day-to-day administrative requirements of the Quality Management System, including but not limited to CAPA, document control, Change Management and record keeping.
•    Assist in the design of training programs for QMS procedure implementation, including conducting quality training for employees companywide.
•    Conduct internal auditing of QMS procedures for compliance and effectiveness. Conduct external testing regarding the supply chain.

Key attributes and skills:

•    An understanding of the role of Quality and Compliance.
•    Strong verbal & written communication, excellent attention to detail and good presentation technique.
•    Competent in word processing, spreadsheets, databases. Ideally familiarity with electronic QMS systems (including document control).
•    A self-motivated individual is required as this role will involve working alone, and across all internal departments. The ability to work towards meeting deadlines is essential.
•    Understanding of GMP regulations in the context of pharmaceuticals and Quality Assurance activities is highly desirable.
•    Experience as a qualified quality systems auditor is highly desirable, however training can be provided
