Customer Service Administrator

At Pets Choice, Pets are our Passion! With over 10 Pet brands and 1000’s of products, we have a team to keep our customer orders organised, ensure the orders are processed and coordinate with various departments to make sure our customers get the correct orders on time!

Role:

  • Handle inbound customer calls and e-mails.
  • Place orders for customers.
  • Process all customer orders.
  • Contacting customers if their orders are delayed for any reason, ensuring you continue to communicate with them until the delay is resolved.
  • Handle returns, ensuring that customers are fully aware of the published terms and conditions. 
  • Take ownership for any customer issues that arise, taking time to log them accurately.
  • Maintain customer filing in logical and efficient manner.
  • Data entry.
  • Raise customer invoices.
  • Always offer professional, friendly service both by telephone and email.

Package:

  • Competitive package dependent on experience
  • Full time, Permanent
  • Monday – Wednesday 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Thursday 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Friday 8:30am - 4:00pm
