Export Sales and Logistics Coordinator

Position Overview:

Reporting into the Head of Export Sales and a strong dotted line into the Product Supply Manager the Export Sales and Logistics Co-ordinator will support the company in delivering product to export customers globally, with particularly emphasis on Europe.
The Export Sales and Logistics Co-ordinator will manage multiple orders through our business, to ensure export orders are delivered on time and in full. The role will also assist the Procurement team in managing the inbound and outbound distribution processes across the business.

Role:

  • Working alongside the Operations team ensuring export orders are picked, tested, ring fenced and ready for despatch as required by the customer.
  • Working alongside the technical team to ensure product test results are completed on time and in full and available for inspection
  • Work alongside the QMS team to ensure processes and procedures are documented and adhered to.
  • Working alongside the Finance team to ensure orders are released and billed accordingly
  • Working in collaboration with our VET, in the completion and submission of Export Health Certificates as required.
  • Developing and maintaining an audit trail to underpin our Export Health Certificate compliance
  • Comfortable working with a wide portfolio of products
  • Comfortable with recommending and discussing ideas on how to improve processes as required.
  • Issue timelines and communicate issues with relevant stakeholders
  • Maintains an up to date, real time tracker of export orders and their status through the orders to cash process.
  • Supports Operations and Finance in co-ordinating outbound logistics and ensuring goods are delivered on time and in full.
  • Co-ordinates refunds when hauliers fail to deliver on time and in full.
