Product Supply Co-Ordinator

Position Overview:

  • Co-ordinate delivery of materials & liaise with suppliers from UK and Europe
  • Organise hauliers
  • Support the company purchasing requirements using the planning system MRP
  • Core objective to liaise with suppliers, to purchase the required raw materials in a timely manner, to aid operations supply into the customer at the agreed service levels
  • To feedback any deviations from required specifications of raw materials back to the suppliers, actioning replenishing of defective goods and or liaising with finance to gain a credit note.
  • Assist in the improvement and assessment of the product supply team systems by actively participating in internal improvement activities
  • participate in daily/weekly/Monthly production meetings and reporting on resupply improvement actions and longer-term corrective actions
  • Liaise with the sales team to resolve queries arising in connection with customer deliveries and product supply challenges.  
  • Reasonable ad-hoc duties requested by the product supply manager.
