Pets Choice Ltd TA Bob Martin manufactures veterinary medicines, biocides and many other companion animal healthcare and hygiene products at its factories in Yatton, Cardiff and Blackburn. We now have a vacancy available for a Quality Operations Administrator to join our team based in Yatton, Somerset.

  • Ensuring that all completed batch records are securely filed and indexed, including the scanning of files to an electronic archive.
  • Monitoring the locations of part completed documents to facilitate their movement between departments.
  • Archiving of regulatory records, e.g Marketing authorisations, associated documentation, Quality departmental records.
  • Liaise with the wider Quality team to analyse areas for improvement in Documentation, supporting Operations to comply to the standard “right first every time”.
  • Quality Control support when needed. Gaining a full understanding of all roles within the Quality Operations team in order to cover possible gaps during Absences.
  • To critically review completed batch paperwork contemporaneously and investigate any discrepancies or obtain clarification where required.
  • Where necessary participate in daily / weekly / monthly Quality meetings and report on improvement actions and longer-term corrective actions.
  • Assembly of licensed documents ready for Quality Operations / QP scrutiny to facilitate their movement within the department.
  • To coordinate waste tracking per run, analysing areas of non-standard levels of defects.
  • Liaise with customer services and investigate any customer complaints
  • Carry out any reasonable ad-hoc duties requested by the Quality Operations Manager and Technical.
